Job description
• Experience in Windows or Linux server operating systems in Datacenter level implementations (2016/2019)..
• Expert level in Active directory, DNS services, DHCP services.
• Understanding of Datacenter level virtualized solutions based on VMware and Hyper-V.
• Basic to intermediate knowledge Linux (Red Hat/Ubuntu server) deployment and administration will be an advantage.
• Knowledge in Backup and Web filtering technologies will be an advantage.
• Certifications and working knowledge of Cloud-based technologies is an advantage – Microsoft/Google/AWS
• Understanding of Networking fundamentals – IP Addressing & Network topologies.
• Ability to proactively identify and solve problems logically and autonomously (e.g. troubleshooting, root cause analysis, remediations).
• Notions of ITIL-based processes or certification (v3 Foundation level or up) will be an advantage.
• Ability to deal with stress of competing priorities and diverging interests within the same immediate time frame.
• Ability to work in international and cross-cultural team and environment. Communicative, with good time management and prioritization skills.
• Knowledge about Dell, Hp, Lenovo Servers & Storage, Hyper-v clustering, Vmware, Vsan, Installing and configuring NAS & SAN storages.Deep technical experience in infrastructure design, build and deployment, including private and public cloud, networking, connectivity, storage, virtualization and identity.
• Implementation of Azure networking for enterprise organizations
• Build of hybrid environments to span existing customer networks and Azure.
• Securing, managing, and monitoring Azure environments
• Experience building and deploying resilient Azure cloud architectures.
• Experience of migration and modernization of workloads from customers’ on-premises data centers to Azure
• Well versed in Windows and has the skills and confidence to learn and work on Linux when needed.
• Experienced in the use of Azure platform services to create born in the cloud PaaS solutions.
• Experience building and deploying Azure resources using IaC
• Experience with the Azure CLI, PowerShell/Azure PowerShell, and the Azure Portal
• Knowledge about Azure environment, VM, Backup, DNS, Azure monitor, VPN gateway, Application Gateways, Load balancing.
